At the back end of 2013, Charlotte and Bayley formed an alliance and the pair defeated Aksana and Alicia Fox on the September 4th episode of NXT. Their alliance was tested however, when, after Charlotte had defeated Santana Garrett on the October 10th episode of NXT, The BFF’s came to the ring and tried to convince Bayley to leave Charlotte’s side and join them. On November 13th however, Charlotte attacked Bayley and joined The BFF’s herself, turning heel in the process.
Around this time, Summer Rae was moved up to the WWE main roster, which left Charlotte and Sasha Banks to continue their feud with Bayley, who had since formed an alliance with Natalya. On the March 27th episode of NXT, Natalya defeated Charlotte via disqualification after Sasha Banks became involved in the match.
Charlotte’s issues with Paige came to a head on the April 24th episode of NXT, when Charlotte and Sasha Banks defeated Emma and Paige via pinfall, with Charlotte picking up the win over Paige.
NXT Women’s Champion
Charlotte then entered the tournament to crown the new NXT Women’s Champion. She defeated Emma in the first round and Alexa Bliss in the semi-finals to advance to the final against Natalya, which would take place at NXT TakeOver. Charlotte defeated Natalya to become the NXT Women’s Champion for the first time.
Summer Rae then returned to the NXT roster and began aiding Charlotte. After a match between Charlotte and Bayley, the re-united BFF’s attempted to attack Bayley, but were prevented by Emma and Paige. This led to a six-woman tag team match on the June 12th episode of NXT, which was won by Bayley, Paige and Emma. Two weeks later, Charlotte got some revenge over Bayley, when she and Sasha Banks defeated Bayley and Becky Lynch. After the match however, Charlotte left Banks to get attacked by Bayley, later in the show, Sasha Banks officially disbanded The BFF’s.

WWE Main Roster (2015-Present)
On the July 13th episode of RAW, Charlotte, along with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch, officially joined the main roster. They were a part of the Divas Revolution storyline, where Stephanie McMahon called for a revolution in the WWE Divas division and called all three up to the roster. Charlotte and Becky Lynch aligned with Paige to form Team PCB, whilst Sasha Banks joined Naomi and Tamina to form Team B.A.D.
Her PPV debut occurred on July 19th at Battleground, when she defeated Sasha Banks and Brie Bella in a triple threat match. At SummerSlam, Charlotte was part of the successful Team PCB, who defeated Team B.A.D. and Team Bella.
WWE Divas Champion
On the August 31st episode of RAW, Charlotte won the ‘Beat the Clock challenge’ against her fellow Team PCB team mates, to earn a shot at Nikki Bella’s WWE Divas Championship. Her title match with Nikki, was supposed to happen at Night of Champions, but Charlotte had the match brought forward to the September 14th episode of RAW, so she could prevent Nikki from surpassing AJ Lee as the longest ever reigning Divas champion. During the match, Nikki and Brie switched places, and Charlotte defeated Brie to win the match. Unfortunately for Charlotte, Stephanie McMahon ruled that due to Brie’s interference, the match must end in a disqualification, so although Charlotte won the match, she did not win the championship. She would however, get a rematch for the title at Night of Champions, where she defeated Nikki to become the new WWE Divas Champion.
The following night on RAW, Charlotte held a celebration and thanked her Team PCB sisters. Paige however, had other ideas and took the microphone from Charlotte and cut a promo turning on Charlotte and Becky Lynch, saying that Becky was irrelevant and Charlotte only got so far because of who her father was. In a strange turn of events, Paige appeared to have reconciled with Charlotte and Becky, only to attack them once more.
At Hell In A Cell, Charlotte retained her championship against Nikki Bella.
After her rivalry with Nikki ended, Charlotte continued her feud with Paige, successfully defending her championship against her at Survivor Series, and again in a rematch the following night on RAW. The two faced-off once again at TLC, with Charlotte once again winning the match.
During her feud with Paige, Charlotte began being accompanied to the ring by her father, Ric Flair, and she began using his dirty tactics to win matches. On the November 30th episode of RAW, Charlotte defeated her friend Becky Lynch by pretending to be injured to lure Lynch into letting her guard down, as soon as she did, Charlotte rolled her up for the victory. This led to cracks emerging in the friendship between Charlotte and Lynch, with Charlotte eventually attacking Becky on the January 4th 2016, episode of RAW, a move which solidified her heel turn. Three days later, Charlotte defeated Lynch to retain her championship.
On the final RAW before the Royal Rumble, Becky Lynch defeated Tamina Snuka, with Charlotte and Ric Flair at ringside. After the match, Becky Lynch challenged Charlotte to a title match at the Royal Rumble, which Charlotte denied. Lynch then berated Ric Flair with a really good promo of puns, calling him ‘Obnoxiously wooing’ and ‘Hasn’t a Cluing’ This upset Ric and caused him to accept the challenge on Charlotte’s behalf, much to Charlotte’s annoyance.
At the Royal Rumble, Charlotte retained her championship against Becky Lynch, after Ric Flair distracted Lynch, allowing Charlotte to hit the spear and pin her opponent. After the match, Sasha Banks made her way into the ring and Kicked Becky to the outside. She then approached Charlotte and the pair did their patented handshake. As Charlotte was leaving the ring, Sasha attacked her and locked in the Bank Statement, leading to a feud between the two for the Divas Championship.
The following night on RAW, Sasha Banks faced Becky Lynch. During the match, Charlotte appeared and attacked both Banks and Lynch.
At Fastlane, Charlotte will defend her championship against Brie Bella.
On the 15th February episode of RAW, Brie came to the ring to discus Daniel Bryan’s retirement, but was interrupted by Charlotte and Ric Flair. Charlotte poked fun at Brie and Bryan’s future children, causing Brie to lose her temper and attack Charlotte before the WWE Divas Champion could make her escape.
At Fastlane, Charlotte retained her Divas championship against Brie Bella via submission after Brie tapped-out to the Figure-Eight.
On March 12, at Roadblock, Charlotte defeated Natalya to retain her title.
After Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch fought to a double pinfall in their number one contenders match, and Charlotte interfered in their rematch, it was announced that the three women would face each other for the championship in a triple threat match at Wrestlemania 32.
WWE Women’s Champion (2016-Present)
On the Wrestlemania 32 Kick-Off Show, WWE Hall of Famer, Lita announced that the company were re-branding the WWE Divas division into the WWE Women’s Division, and as such, the winner of the WWE Divas Championship triple threat match would be crowned the inaugural WWE Women’s Champion.
Charlotte won the match via submission after making Becky Lynch tap-out to the Figure-Eight, whilst Ric Flair prevented Sasha Banks from breaking the hold.
The following night on RAW, during Charlotte’s championship celebration, she was confronted by Natalya, leading to a match between the two on the April 11 episode of RAW, which Charlotte won.
On the April 18 episode of RAW, Natalya once again confronted Charlotte and informed her that Shane McMahon had booked a rematch between them for the WWE Women’s Championship at Payback and that her uncle, Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart would be in her corner.
At Payback, Charlotte retained her championship after referee Charles Robinson called for the bell with Natalya in the Sharpshooter, even though Natalya didn’t tap-out. This was a nod to the now infamous Montreal Screwjob involving Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series 1997. After the match, Natalya applied the Sharpshooter to Charlotte, whilst Bret Hart applied the move to Ric Flair.
The controversial ending of this match led to another match between the pair for the championship at Extreme Rules, this time in a submission match, with Ric Flair banned from ringside. During the match, Dana Brooke appeared, dressed as Ric Flair, distracting Natalya and allowing Charlotte to lock in the Figure-Eight for the win.
The following night on RAW, Charlotte turned on Ric, claiming he was never there for her and was no longer needed.
The following week on RAW, Stephanie McMahon laid into Charlotte over her actions the previous week.
It was later announced that Charlotte and Dana Brooke would take on Natalya and Becky Lynch at Money in the Bank. At Money in the Bank, Charlotte and Dana Brooke defeated Natalya and Becky Lynch via pinfall, after Charlotte hit Natural Selection on Natalya.
